I have received no help from customer service

Impossible to reach customer service; no product for $35.00

My husband paid $35.00 as a gift for me, but all it appears that one receives are sales offers for more products. I have tried three or four times to reach customer service to ask what this subscription provides, and then to complain and try to determine if my husband and I have been scammed.

All I get are replies stating that 'No replies are possible' from their supposed customer service links! They appear to sell additional subscriptions to Fons and Porter videos, other videos, and various quilt patterns, but you have to send more money for them. What did $35.00 provide? I can get no answers!

Save your money! Do not subscribe!

It gets you absolutely nothing, as far as I can tell, and no help to learn otherwise. So far, I can't even cancel it!

THIS IS SHOCKING. TODAY I CHECK THE CART AND UTS GONE FRON $21,+ TO $300 NO WAY DID I ORDER THAT MUCH.

MY ORIGINAL ORDER DOES NOT APPEAR IN THE CART. IM REALLY PISSED NOW

They need to make sure it's working. I also was told to use quilt20 but I see it's not been removed That annoys me immensely.

I received an email that said my payment did not go through to renew my subscription. My subscription should be good until December 2025.

What happened is you were trying to charge me for a subscription I already have paid for. You were telling me my payment did not go through in an email. What is up with that?

Free download cost me 5 dollars and i want to know why.

The download was advertised "Free". But when I ordered it cost me $5.30.

That's not a lot. However, it is not right. And I never got any response from customer service.

If you cannot have someone in the k now pick up a phone and make a call to explain, then my disappointment is great. I have been a loyal customer since Quilting,Arts began.

It doesn't feel very good now. My phone #828-564-****.

Why would a company introduce this address assuming that all your customers feel this away ?

I have tried repeatedly to cancel the spam emails they are sending me and nothing works. NEVER sign up with this company you will never be able to shut them down. AND there is nothing of value in it

No way to cancel their emails, no information in them of value to me and I have repeatedly contacted the parent company, used the unsubscribe and even blocked the companys emails to no affect.
